I placed the order from the UK and was a little nervous at first, but everything turned out perfectly and I am absolutely delighted! My friend, who received the flowers, sent me a photo, and they look exactly like the arrangement shown online when I placed the order. I am very pleased with the service, and I appreciated the follow-up emails keeping me informed about the delivery status. The only comment I have is that I didn’t get a chance to see the card. I’m not sure whether one was included, although I was given space to write a message. If it were possible to view the card online as well, that would be wonderful.
